About

Letterpress “A”s from my collection (Photo by Anita Parker, 2012)

This blog was created as a place where I could post content for my students – current, past, and even future.

I teach adults and some of the classes I teach contain adult content… consequently… this is an adult blog. If you are under the age of 18 and you have questions, skip to the contact me page and email me directly, please. I’d be happy to provide age-appropriate information to you or suggest other places where you can find the information you need.

My teaching philosophy is simple to state but complex to execute. Some of the best notions we have are borrowed from others, and my teaching philosophy is borrowed shamelessly from Aristotle:

Please note: I took most of the photographs on this blog. If you wish to use any of them, do the decent thing and contact me for permission first. Thanks.

If I borrow from someone else, I will make every attempt to find the individual who created that creative property to obtain permission and will give credit where credit is due.
